Kuoni Academy – Centre of Excellence (KA-COE)

Kuoni Academy, in the process of preparing the young students for the Travel Industry also noticed a major gap in the learning space in the travel industry: training & development for industry professionals from diverse fields. To meet this need, Kuoni Academy launched its new venture in February 2010 called as “Centre of Excellence”. CoE provides corporate trainings on national and international tourist destinations, customer service and relation management, sales & marketing skills, grooming & etiquette, management development and knowledge enhancement programs. KA-COE has a team of 50 trainers in 18 cities across 24 centres
