Rajiv Duggal

Managing Director Kuoni India

An industry veteran with over 19 years of experience, Rajiv Duggal is the Managing Director, Kuoni India.

Prior to this Rajiv was the Chief Operating Officer TUI India. Taking on a new challenge, Rajiv ventured into the retail industry by moving to Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.-New Delhi, as the CEO. He was responsible for creating the successful Delhi based luxury mall, CITYWALK from ground up.

Rajiv became a part of the Kuoni India family in July 2001 when he assumed the role of Deputy General Manager, Trade Fair & FIT, SITA World Travel- New Delhi.

In October 2001, he became the new Vice-President, MICE & Special Interest Tours, SOTC- Mumbai. He introduced three new brands- Sport Abroad, Christopher Columbus Holidays and Student Holidays.

In June 2003, Rajiv became the President of SITA World Travel, Inbound Division-New Delhi.

In 2004, Rajiv was appointed Senior Vice-President of Kuoni India’s Outbound Division-Mumbai. With SOTC, Rajiv was directly responsible for all Strategic Business Units operating from the Outbound Division.

In March 2005 he took over as CEO - India Subcontinent & South East Asia, Destinations of the World Pvt. Ltd.-New Delhi.

Today, he is recognized as an accomplished leader with a track record in identifying and capitalising upon business opportunities and driving performance to greater heights.

Alpana Banerjee

Chief Human Resources Officer - Emerging Markets & Specialists Division Kuoni Group

Starting with Product Development with Carona Ltd in 1988, she managed the portfolio of Product Manager for Puma Brand of sports shoes and heading sales for the company. She also developed the franchise network pan India. In 1995, she moved on to Eureka Forbes to manage Customer Network for its Industrial Sales Division. For a short period in 1998 she managed client servicing as Account Group Head with Triton Communications.

In 1999 Alpana joined Achieve Global, India at the start-up phase as a Consultant and by 2002 she was heading the company’s India business. During her tenure she implemented several global implementations for large Multinational Companies and facilitated training sessions across diverse cultures.

In 2005 she joined Kuoni India as Head - Training & Development and by 2007 she was the Global Head - Training & Development at Kuoni India. In August 2010, Alpana moved to HCC as Vice President –HR.

Her association with Kuoni India resumed in April 2011 when she joined as Global HR Business Partner – Market Region South Asia. She also serves as the member of the Executive Board, India and supervises the Kuoni Academy.

Sriram Rajmohan

Chief Finance Officer Kuoni India

Sriram graduated from Bharathidasan University, Trichy with Mathematics as a major in 1992. He thereafter went on to pursue a successful career as a Chartered Accountant.

Sriram has an extensive experience in the financial sector across various business. He started his career with Voltas as Regional Finance Manager, South Zone-Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Business Group in 1997. He then moved on to Mumbai in 2004 for Implementation of SAP across all the Business divisions of Voltas. During his last stint at Voltas in 2007 he was Heading the Finance and Accounts of Engineering Business Group.

Sriram started his association with Kuoni India in August 2007 as Vice President Finance in the Tour Operating Division and he was responsible for Finance and Accounts. In April 2010, he took the additional responsibility of heading the SOTC Corporate Tours division along with Finance and Accounts. In May 2011 he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, Kuoni India.

Sriram has undergone intensive training on FI Module conducted by IBM Global Consultant at Voltas. He has also been certified as Internal Assessor by TATA Business Excellency Model ( Malcom Baldrige model) and has been a part of the training sessions conducted by University of Ashridge, London for Strategies Development.

Malvinder Singh Rikhy

Chief Operating Officer Kuoni Business Travel India Pvt Ltd.

Malvinder is a graduate of St Stephens College, New Delhi and has done his MBA from the University of Greenwich in the UK.

Over the last 20 years he has worked in companies like American Express, TATA’s & Carlson Wagonlit. His industry experience includes banking, hospitality and logistics management.

Malvinder is currently the COO of Kuoni Business Travel India Pvt Ltd.

With 18 Years of experience across various industries, he is known for his out-of-the-box approach to determining the way forward.

Malvinder is successfully leading the initiative in the integration of technology into travel processes to reduce transaction costs and enhance the quality of the experience for the traveler. His knowledge of Six Sigma has always helped to deliver significantly better customised solutions to our customers.

Dipak Deva

Chief Executive Officer Kuoni Destination Management, India & South Asia

Born in 1965, started his career in Jaipur in 1989, as the Branch Manager of Travel Corporation of India (TCI) and he went on to become the General Manager, Inbound at Mumbai. He went on to join hands as one of the partners of Distant Frontiers until Kuoni India acquired the company in 2006.

At present, he is Co-Chairman Tourism Committee of FICCI and a Member of World Travel & Tourism Council, India Chapter.
