Kuoni India is committed to fulfilling its role as the first citizen of the Indian travel and tourism industry. The company has been involved in various initiatives for the betterment of the environment as well as safety of the tourists.

Tourism Police
A growing tourism industry must take responsibility for the safety and well being of its visitors. In keeping with this belief, Kuoni India pioneered the concept of Tourism Police in Mumbai. The Tourism Police guide, protect and provide safety to tourists at various locations in Mumbai city. Kuoni India's commitment to this project involves the sponsorship of a fleet of six squad jeeps and seven outpost kiosks. Painted in bright yellow, the jeeps are easily identifiable as they patrol Mumbai's popular tourist neighbourhoods. It also helps in organizing special training sessions for the Tourism Police officers, so that they are well equipped to efficiently manage tourist enquiries and complaints.
